Senior Adviser Research & Advocacy On Climate & Environment at Save the Children Norway

Martina Bogado Duffner currently serves as a Senior Adviser for Research & Advocacy on Climate & Environment at Save the Children Norway, focusing on child rights-based advocacy and evidence generation regarding climate impacts on children. Previously, Martina held the position of Program Adviser on Rights-Based Rainforest Management at Rainforest Foundation Norway, where efforts centered on enhancing the rights and climate resilience of indigenous peoples in the Brazilian Amazon. Martina's experience includes roles as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at UNICEF Brasil, Research Analyst at Wavemaker, and Policy Research Assistant at econcept AG, alongside internships at Human Rights Watch and ETH Zürich. Martina's educational background includes an ongoing Master of Philosophy in International Community Health at the University of Oslo, supplemented by degrees in Political Science, as well as an Honour's Certificate in Environmental Humanities and Sciences.
