Sjors Bos has had a diverse range of work experiences, starting in 2014 as a Contentmarketeer at Provincie Utrecht. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Contentmarketeer, Trainer, and Online Adviser at Presenter. In 2016, they were an Online Contentspecialist at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken and also worked as a Blogger at Emerce. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Guest Lecturer in Contentmarketing at Hogeschool van Amsterdam. In 2016, they also became a Blogger at Frankwatching. Sjors transitioned to the role of Online Marketeer, Content Marketeer, Brand Marketeer, and Marketing Automation at a.s.r. de Nederlandse verzekeringsmaatschappij voor alle verzekeringen from 2016 to 2018. Sjors then moved on to become the Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Kiwa from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at DeckNL before taking on the role of Creative Director at Save the Children Nederland.

Sjors Bos completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Talen en culturen van Zuidoost-Azië en Oceanië from Leiden University. This education took place from 1998 to 2001.
