Stefano Ghirardini has extensive experience in manufacturing and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Quality and the Director of Customer Care at Savant Systems since June 2013, overseeing the company's customer service and RMA department. Previously, Stefano held various roles at Dialogic, Inc. from June 2005 to June 2013, including Project and Escalation Manager and Technical Support Manager. Early career experience includes positions at Lucent Technologies/Excel Switching as Support Manager and at Excel Switching as Tech Support from 1996 to 2003. Stefano Ghirardini earned a degree from the University of Connecticut, completing studies between 1992 and 1996.
