Julian Mathis Jr. has extensive work experience in various roles within the staffing and sales industries. Julian started their career in 1995 as an Account Manager at Excel Technical Services, where they focused on outside sales, presentations, and market analysis. In 1998, they became an Area Manager at Ablest Staffing Services, where they successfully established new branches and managed various aspects of branch operations. In 2001, Julian ventured into entrepreneurship and opened their own upscale restaurant and bar called Julian's Great Food. Julian managed all areas of the business, including purchasing, accounting, hiring, and advertising. In 2005, they joined Ambassador Personnel as a Regional Vice President and Corporate Sales Manager, where they assisted Selling Branch Managers and Corporate VPs with the sales effort across a large region. Finally, in 2010, Julian took on the role of Vice President at Savannah Staffing, where they were responsible for starting up a new business venture in the southeastern United States, including site selection for new offices, HR policies and procedures, advertising, hiring, and business development.

Julian Mathis Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
