Beth Espitia currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer at Food Paradigm, focusing on improving school lunches to enhance children's quality of life. Since May 2022, Espitia has been a Senior Program Analyst at Savan Group, providing support to the USDA BioPreferred Program's technical review team. Previously, Espitia worked as an Environmental Engineer at Wood, offering technical assistance to stakeholders of the USDA BioPreferred Program, and held similar engineering roles at amec and Watershed Concepts. Espitia began a career in engineering as a Co-op at Progress Energy and holds a degree from North Carolina State University.
