Luana Gonçalves is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Sauter since March 2021. Prior to this role, Luana held the position of Diretora de Grupo de Recursos Humanos at VML from October 2021 to March 2024, and worked as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at WMcCann from January 2008 to March 2020. Luana’s career began at Cia Brasileira de Distribuição - Grupo Pão de Açucar, where the role of Chefe Administrativo e Financeiro was held from December 1998 to March 2008. Academically, Luana completed a Pós Graduação em Dinâmica dos Grupos, Comportamento Humano at the Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica dos Grupos between 2015 and 2017, and earned an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV from 2007 to 2009.
