Marsha Coloma-Flores, Ed.D, is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in various roles within the K-12 education system. Currently serving as an Assistant Principal and previously as a Certificated Learning and Achievement Specialist at Santa Ana Unified School District since 2021, Marsha has a strong focus on tracking student progress and developing engaging curricula. With teaching experiences spanning from middle school to elementary school across different districts, Marsha emphasizes personalized learning and collaboration with stakeholders to support student success. Additionally, Marsha has contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University, teaching courses on instructional practices and literacy. Marsha holds multiple degrees, including an Educational Doctorate from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Applied School Leadership from National University.
