Sue Roger has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Sue most recently held the position of VP Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Executive at Sault Area Hospital. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Clinical Programs at the same hospital. Sue also held the position of Director of Clinical Programs at Sault Area Hospital, where they focused on Rehabilitation, Complex Continuing Care, and Geriatrics Services.
Before their time at Sault Area Hospital, Sue worked at Bluewater Health as the Business Director of Medicine and Rural Health Programs. Sue's career started at Peterborough & Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where they worked as a Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Co-ordinator. In this role, they developed the organization's platform for clinical audit and played a key role in improving clinical processes and patient outcomes.

Sue Roger obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Quality Assurance in Health and Social Care from the University of Leeds in the period from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Lambton College from 1979 to 1981.
