Ibrahim Albrithen possesses extensive experience in the field of human resources and customer care, currently serving as the Director of the Customer Care Department at Saudi Water Authority since February 2017. Previous roles at Saudi Water Authority include Director positions in HR Operations, Competencies Development, and HR Planning & Recruitment, as well as heading the Organization Planning & Development Section. Prior to this, Ibrahim was a Partner at a private business from July 2014 to January 2017 and held various roles at STC from July 2004 to July 2014, including Account Manager and Business Analyst. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a High School Diploma in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Riyadh Technical College.
