Shaye Alshaye is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Saudi Tadawul Group since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at AWQAF and Holool Aloula, and Corporate Trainer at Central Business Strategies, where Shaye focused on training sales executives. As a Co-Founder and General Manager at Home Innovations EST, Shaye managed home design and decoration projects. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Manager at Semat Almostaqbal EST, working in paints and decorations. Shaye holds a Masterā€™s degree in Communication and Information Management from Bay Path University and a Bachelorā€™s degree from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
