Arwa Almushaigih is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Saudi Railway Company since November 2022, currently managing managerial-level positions and overseeing the Manpower tracker for employee promotions. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Supervisor at DETASAD, where Arwa managed the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, and as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Cognizant, focusing on the IT industry.
