Ahmed Farouk has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the MENA Medical Manager at SPIMACO since September 2005. In this role, Ahmed conducts medical training for sales and marketing staff and oversees the approval of promotional materials. Previous positions at SPIMACO include Medical Affairs Manager and Medical & Pharmacovigilance Affairs Associate, where responsibilities included similar training and promotional material revisions. Ahmed also held the role of Senior Medical Representative and Medical Representative, focusing on the promotion of key products, including Proton and Tovast. Prior to joining SPIMACO, Ahmed worked as a Medical Representative at Servier from September 2003 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include BCMAS certification in Medical Affairs acquired in 2020 and BCPS certification in Pharmacotherapy from the American College of Clinical Pharmacy completed in 2018. Additional education is currently being pursued with the British Council.
