Yazed Bin Hilal, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of IT Strategy & Portfolio at SAUDI PAYMENTS since July 2023. Prior to this role, Yazed held the position of IT Strategy & Projects Director at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority from January 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included spearheading a digital transformation plan and building an IT business plan. Earlier experience includes positions at Zain KSA, stc, and KPMG Saudi, focusing on IT project management, infrastructure planning, and systems oversight. Yazed holds an Executive Programme degree from Columbia Business School and an MBA in Marketing from Prince Sultan University, complemented by an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University.
