Zayed Albeshri, TMPâ„¢, currently serves as the Talent Management Lead at the Saudi Esports Federation since May 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating meetings, conducting studies, and creating a competency framework that aligns with organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Zayed was a Talent Development Specialist at the Digital Government Authority, revising succession planning and designing leadership development interventions for executives. Zayed's experience also includes serving as a Talent Development Officer at GOSI, where an extensive leadership development program was managed, and a Sr. Customer Service Officer, handling application reviews for new participants. Zayed holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship.
