Ali Rasheed is a Project Manager at Saudi Ericsson Communication Co. Ltd. since March 2024, previously serving as an Electronic Engineer at First Gulf Company from March 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included broadcast design, project execution support, and installation supervision for the Saudi Broadcasting Authority Studio A upgrade in Riyadh. Earlier experience includes a role as a WIFI NOC Front Office Engineer at Advanced Communications & Electronics Systems Company, focusing on STC WiFi projects in Riyadh, and customer service at IKEA, where skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management were developed. Ali Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from AMA University and an Associate of Science in Telecommunications Technology from the Technical College of Telecom & Information, along with an Intensive English Program certificate from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
