Muhammad Saad Fattani is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Section Head of Performance Management at SEDCO Holding since August 2022. Previously, Muhammad held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Saudi Economic & Development Holding Company from May 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included financial statement preparation and performance reporting. With a strong background in audit and financial advisory at KPMG in various roles from May 2012 to May 2019, Muhammad has managed audits across multiple sectors including wealth management and real estate. Educational qualifications include ACCA and ongoing ICAEW certification, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University.
