Majed Al-Issa has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. MAJED started their career as a Team Leader at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) in 2001, where they reviewed and evaluated feasibility studies for industrial projects seeking funding. After working at SIDF for 12 years, they joined SABIC as an OD Director, M&A, where they were responsible for organizational development and mergers and acquisitions. In 2016, they became the CEO of Al Watania Gypsum Company Limited before moving on to serve as the CEO at an undisclosed company in 2019. MAJED also held the position of CEO at BATIC Investment & Logistics Co. for a brief period. In the same year, they joined Jazan Development Company "JAZADCO" as the Vice Chairman. From 2019 to 2023, Majed Al-Issa served as a Board Member and CEO at Saudi Ceramics. Presently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at SADR Logistic.
Majed Al-Issa pursued their education in a chronological manner. MAJED began their academic journey in 1996 and completed their Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University in the year 2000. Following this, they continued their studies at the University of Cambridge from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Manufacturing Management (ACDMM).
In addition to their formal education, Majed Al-Issa also obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In September 2014, they became a Certified M&A Advisor through the Alliance of M&A Advisors. Furthermore, in December 2011, they obtained the designation of CMA (Certified Management Accountant) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) - South Florida Chapter.
