Awais Islam is a Senior Planning Engineer with extensive experience in project planning and controls within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently employed at Saudi Consulting Services - SAUD CONSULT since November 2023, Awais oversees project planning for the AlUla International Airport project. Previously, Awais served as Manager of Planning and Projects Controls at Imarat Group from August 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring ongoing projects and collaborating with contractors on baseline submissions. Awais's career also includes roles as Senior Planning Engineer at Douglas OHI in Oman and MAZEN AL SAEED HOLDING Co., as well as Planning Engineer at Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan. Awais holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila (2008-2012).
