Charles Reagan has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Charles started their career at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. in 1995 as an Estimator / Superintendent. After four years, they joined Alliance / ACI as a Construction Project Manager. In 2002, they joined Brookstone, L.P. and held the position of Vice President of Operations for almost a decade. In 2011, they founded CDReagan and served as its President for two years. The following year, they joined Tribble & Stephens as a Sr. Project Manager until 2015. Currently, they are working at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as the Chief Estimator.

Charles Reagan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1995. Charles also obtained a LEED AP certification from USGBC in June 2008.
