Shaista Khan has a diverse range of work experience. Shaista started their career as a Marketing Intern at Karna Candy Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Project Officer at the Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals, where they led a team in executing a program for farmers in Rajasthan. In 2018, they served as a Research Associate at Indigram Labs Foundation, supporting agricultural innovation and rural development. In 2019, they interned at Jubilant Consumer Pvt. Ltd. as a Summer Intern. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Innoterra as an Associate, contributing to venture development. Shaista currently holds a position as a Product Manager at SatSure, starting in 2022.

Shaista Khan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Food Technology and Processing from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Haryana, between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi in November 2019, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in March 2019, and achieved fluency in elementary Spanish through Duolingo in November 2015.
