Yu Hui Ng has work experience that includes roles at SATS Ltd., Teneo Blue Rubicon, and BoxGreen. At SATS Ltd., Yu Hui Ng worked as the Lead, Growth Transformation and also held positions in Business Planning, Strategic Development & Operations Excellence, Airline Relations Manager, Inflight Catering, and Graduate Trainee. At Teneo Blue Rubicon, Yu Hui Ng worked as a Public Relations Trainee, and at BoxGreen, Yu Hui Ng was an Operations Management Intern.

Yu Hui Ng obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honors) degree in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore, graduating in 2017. In 2015, they spent a year at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, studying Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they completed their Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Level at Hwa Chong Institution between 2005 and 2010.
