Guo Dong Chan serves as the Manager of Business Development at SATS Ltd. since July 2015, specializing in managing over 10 accounts for various international carriers and premium bank lounges, and has successfully revitalized in-flight and lounge menus to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, Guo has contributed to the Graduate Assimilation Programme, which provides valuable insights into SATS' operations through diverse work attachments and workshops. Prior to this role, Guo worked as a Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the same institution in 2015.
