Adrian Tan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adrian started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Station Manager at Singapore Airlines. Adrian then served as Station Manager in several locations, including Karachi and Zurich. Adrian also worked at MAS as an Assistant Director of Administration. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Commercial Catering Operations at SATS Ltd. Additionally, Adrian served as the Director of Peperoni Pte Ltd at Les Amis Pte Ltd for a significant period of time.

Adrian Tan completed a Certificate I in Hospitality (Kitchen Ops): Le Cordon Bleu de Base from Le Cordon Bleu Australia-Sydney in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Communication Studies in Electronic Broadcast Media from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1998 to 2002. Further, Adrian attended Anglo Chinese Junior College from 1994 to 1995 and Anglo Chinese School from 1990 to 1993.
