John Swain has been working in the field of technical support and engineering since September 1993. John has experience working for companies such as SATO America, Kodak Alaris, and Danka Office Imaging in various roles including Product Support Specialist, Field Engineer, and District Technical Lead. Prior to their career in the private sector, John served in the US Army as a Patriot System Mechanic.
