Balakrishnan Swaminathan currently serves as a Tech Manager in Cloud Operations at NICE Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this role, Balakrishnan held the position of Technical Support Manager at Satmetrix Systems for an extensive period starting in August 2008. Balakrishnan also has experience as a Test Specialist at Ford Motor Company from July 2007 to July 2008 and worked as a Test Engineer at Instira Technology from July 2004 to June 2007. Academically, Balakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
