Dimitar Vrazhilov has worked in various roles in the mechanical engineering field since 1990. From 1990-1993, they were a Research Associate (3rd degree) at the Central Scientific and Research Machine Tool Institute, where they were a team member of a group responsible for the design of basic modules and assemblies for new machine tools. In 1993, they became Head Designer at RMO-Metalurgremont, where they created and designed different types of technological devices for heavy duty machines. From 1998-2000, they worked as a Technician at DLG ELECTRONICS, and from 2000-2003 they were a Mechanical Designer at B.C.B. - ā€œFOKUSā€. From 2003-2008, they were a Mechanical Designer at EPIQ - EA - Bulgaria, where they created 3D plastic models for different electronic devices. From 2008-2011, they worked as a Mechanical Designer at Johnson Controls, and from 2011-2015 they were a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Visteon Electronics Bulgaria. Since 2020, they have been a Mechanical Design Engineer at SatixFy, where their duties include designing different devices for installation of antenna PCB for satellite connection.

Dimitar Vrazhilov obtained their Master's degree in Technology of machine building, Machine tools and instruments from KievPolitechnical Institute in Kiev, Ukraine from 1983 to 1989. Dimitar also attended Politechnical Secondary School from 1978 to 1981 at School "Vasil Aprilov" in Gabrovo, Bulgaria.
