Mariya Kyuzova currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Satispay since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mariya held the position of Head of HR Operations for EMEA at TikTok from March 2020 to December 2022. Mariya's experience also includes significant tenures at Unilever, where Mariya was Head of HR Shared Services & Analytics and HR Analytics Manager, as well as at HP as the EMEA HR Operations Lead. Earlier career roles include HR Talent Recruitment International & Employer Branding at L'Oréal in Paris and research positions at Tilburg University and Jacobs University Bremen. Mariya earned a BA in Integrated Social and Cognitive Psychology from Jacobs University and a MSc in Psychology & Society from Tilburg University, complemented by a short-term program at the Center for Public Policy in Prague.
