Aditya Dhruva is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and software sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Factoreal, an omnichannel fan engagement automation platform acquired by Satisfilabs Inc, Aditya has successfully enabled sports teams to enhance fan engagement. Prior to Factoreal, Aditya held significant roles at Comviva, including CTO and EVP, overseeing technology strategies for payments, messaging, and AI solutions, while managing a large team with a focus on product delivery. Aditya's experience also includes leadership positions at Cisco, where contributions to the IronPort Email Security portfolio had a major impact on global cybersecurity, and at Nokia Siemens Networks, driving product strategy for policy control solutions. Aditya co-founded VSN Innovations, specializing in mobile telephony services, and possesses a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and advanced insights gained from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
