Ryszard Woźniak has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an intern at GE. From there, they transitioned to various roles at BOSMAL Automotive Research and Development Institute Ltd, including Test Engineer, Research Engineer, and ultimately Research Specialist. In 2020, they joined SATIM Monitoring Satelitarny as a Software Developer. Currently, they work at ZF Group as a Project Manager, starting in 2023. In addition, they have also worked as a Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer at AGH University of Science and Technology.

Ryszard Woźniak pursued their education in the field of Automatics and Robotics. Ryszard obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree from Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej between the years 2011 and 2015. Following this, they furthered their education at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki and earned a Master of Engineering degree from 2015 to 2018.
