Kathan Mehta has been working as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Satelytics since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the Biomedical Image Guidance Lab and Carnegie Mellon University from 2020 and 2019 respectively.

Kathan Mehta attended Don Bosco High School in Matunga from 2000 to 2012. Kathan then attended Ramnarain Ruia College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Finally, they attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering.
