Nicole has held various titles such as Senior Manager, Manager, and HR Operations Consultant in their current company, Sasser Family Companies. Prior to this, Nicole worked as an Executive Office Manager at Gima Advanced Technology. Skelly also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Robert Morris University - Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northeastern Illinois University.
