Tracy Cudd possesses extensive experience in talent management and education, currently serving as the Talent and Performance Manager for Global Chemicals at Sasol, following roles as the Americas Chemicals Talent Manager and Learning and Development Manager. Tracy began the career in education as a Cooperative Marketing Coordinator/Instructor and Career & Technical Teacher at Sam Houston High School. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at World Sites Network and as an Environmental Systems Administrator at CONDEA Vista Company. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a focus on Business Subjects & Technology at McNeese State University.
