Tebogo Makoe has a diverse work experience in HR operations support, business enablement, and leadership roles. They started their career at the Institute of People Management (IPM) in 2000 as a member. In 2011, they briefly worked as the HR director for Africa at Samsung Electronics. They joined Sasol in 2012 and held various positions, including GM HR for Sasol Synfuels International and GM of Business Enablement, serving as the People Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President for Global HR Operations Support at Sasol, a role they have been in since February 2017.
