Andrew Radebe is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in rewards, benefits, and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Rewards and Head of Rewards at Sasol since June 2012, Andrew has been instrumental in aligning regional policies with Group standards and implementing remuneration strategies. Prior to this role, Andrew contributed to Sasol Polymers as Lead Consultant HR, focusing on talent management and employee relations. Andrew's career also includes roles at Natref, where analysis and development of training interventions were key responsibilities, and Edcon, where customer service and financial management were emphasized. Andrew holds an MBA from North West University and advanced degrees in Labour Law and Industrial Psychology.
