Ritchie Fiddler has over 27 years of experience with SaskTel, progressing through various roles including Operations Manager for Construction and Service, as well as Quality Assurance Manager for the Fiber to the Premise Project. Fiddler oversees quality assurance and quality control processes for multiple fiber projects, managing a team of inspectors. Previous positions at SaskTel included Construction Coordinator and Facilities Technician, along with a focus on service management as a Service Assistant in Real Time Management. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Business Administration Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan.
