James has played a significant role in business development, strategic partnerships, and establishing national offices. Additionally, James serves as the Chair of the Board and Vice Chair Board at the Saskatchewan Surface Rights Board of Arbitration and has also served as a City Councillor and Mayor for the City of Yorkton.
