Chandra Shakar is a skilled Programmer Analyst at SaskTel since February 2021, bringing valuable experience from a previous role as an Application Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2015 to February 2018. Chandra holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Regina, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, earned from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Chandra completed Intermediate studies at Naryana IIT Academy and received SSC (Tenth) education from Poornima Vidya Niketan High School.
