Ashley Surkan currently serves as HR Manager - Staffing & Strategy at SaskTel since December 2021, after previously holding the role of HR Manager - Staffing & Selection. Prior experience includes HR Manager - Staffing and Engagement at Directwest and Talent Acquisition at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Ashley's career began at The Mosaic Company, where positions included HR Associate and Recruiter, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and the Co-op program. Earlier roles at Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Inc. and Employment Network Canada Inc. provided foundational HR and recruitment experience. Ashley holds a diploma in Human Resources Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and completed Dale Carnegie Training in 2010.
