Jennifer Rooke, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Manager of IPP Development at SaskPower since May 2006. In this role, Jennifer oversees Independent Power Producers and their Power Purchase Agreements, participates in the negotiation of contracts, and collaborates with grid operations for project integration. Previous roles at SaskPower include Supervisor of Business Analysis & Risk Management, where Jennifer prepared valuations for capital investments and contributed to major contract negotiations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Bond Underwriter at Western Surety Company. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
