Joni MacDonald, CPHR, currently serves as Manager of People Operations at Saskatchewan Blue Cross, a position held since July 2019, following roles as Sr. HR Advisor and Team Lead. MacDonald brings extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as Human Resources Manager at P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd. and HEALTHSERV (SASK) LTD. Earlier in the career, a position as Recruitment Specialist/Human Resources Representative was held at CNH Canada, Ltd., in addition to experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant at MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP. Joni MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Saskatchewan, a diploma in Legal Administrative Assistance from Saskatoon Business College, and a Grade 12 Diploma from Evan Hardy Collegiate Institute.
