Keratilwe Khitsane has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked at Nedbank as an HR Consultant/Coordinator, where they provided administrative support for recruitment processes. From 2017 to 2019, they also worked at Nedbank as a Test Analyst, conducting software testing and ensuring it met specified requirements. In 2021, they joined Copious Software as a QA Engineer, where they created frameworks, updated code in bit-bucket repository management tool, and performed API testing. In 2022, they worked at Dimension Data as a Quality Assurance Tester. Currently, since 2023, they work at Sasfin as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

Keratilwe Khitsane obtained a Diploma in Management from the University of Johannesburg between the years 2009 and 2012. The field of study for the diploma was Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in February 2016, Keratilwe earned a Banking Certificate from the Milpark Education - School of Financial Planning and Insurance.
