Adrian Carr is an experienced professional in the fields of customer success, data and analytics, with a strong background in marketing and decision science. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at SAS since April 2012, Adrian focuses on providing insightful analysis to enhance strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Previously, Adrian held various roles including Head of AI and Decision Science for Marketing and Senior Business Consultant at Experian Decision Analytics.
