Jackie Morehead possesses extensive experience in real estate appraisal and property assessment, currently serving as the Chief Deputy Assessor for Sarpy County since November 2001. In this role, Jackie oversees a variety of complex technical, administrative, and managerial functions within the Assessor's Office, demonstrating significant independent judgment. Previously, from April 1996 to October 2001, Jackie held the position of Deputy Assessor at Cass County, where responsibilities also included directing and coordinating appraisal and support staff. Additionally, as a Real Estate Appraiser, Jackie conducted annual market analyses and physical inspections, contributing to comprehensive property assessments.
