David Debash currently serves as an Operating Partner at Sarona Ventures, an international VC fund with a diverse portfolio including notable companies and unicorns. Concurrently, David acts as an Israel Advisor for Deel, a global payroll solution platform. David has held positions with the Olympic Committee of Israel as a member of the Technology & Innovation Committee and as Chief Operating Officer at both 365x Scale Up and SigmaLabs Accelerator, contributing to the growth of startup companies. Previously, David worked in business development at Reverso - Softissimo and as a Junior Civil Engineer at IBI Group, managing significant projects. David co-founded CopyCopy, addressing economic challenges for university students. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Business Management from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
