Wishaldy Novriza Pratama is an experienced professional in corporate strategy and workforce transformation, currently serving in the CEO Office at Sari Murni Group since May 2023, focusing on corporate strategy and product development. Previously, Wishaldy worked with PwC Indonesia as a consultant in workforce transformation, providing strategic guidance and change management strategies. Additional experience includes roles at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk in organization and people development, leading orientation initiatives at BINUS University, and risk management at DBS Bank. Wishaldy holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from BINUS University, obtained in February 2022.
