Peter Wiwen-Nilsson is an accomplished investment director currently serving at Sareq since December 2024. With extensive leadership experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, notable roles include CEO of Race For The Baltic (2018-2024), member of the Board of Directors at Hotel Kung Carl, and CEO of Brunswick Real Estate. Peter's previous experience encompasses leadership positions at JLL, Sturebadet Marina Tower, Elite Hotels of Sweden, and the ORTIC-Bendiro Group. Peter co-founded Replisaurus Technologies and held the role of CFO. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and Lund University, along with military training as a Sergeant in the Swedish Marine Corps.
