Nicole Panstingel is an experienced research operations professional with a background in pharmacology and toxicology. Currently serving as a Research Operations Manager at Sarepta Therapeutics since December 2021, Nicole ensures compliance with federal regulations and maintains GLP and GMP standards across multiple facilities. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Associate Researcher at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, contributing to the management and execution of data collection for the Neuromodulation and Neural Interfaces team while adhering to IRB regulations. Nicole also has experience as a Study Coordinator at Battelle, where responsibilities included assisting in the coordination of study-specific activities and advising laboratory animal resources during study phases. Nicole earned a Master of Science degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine from Old Dominion University.
