Travis Galoppo is a seasoned engineering and data science professional with extensive experience in autonomy research and predictive analytics. Currently serving as the Sr. Lead Engineer for Autonomy Research at Palladyne AI since September 2021, Travis previously held significant roles including Senior Principal Scientist at BAE Systems, Inc. and Lead Principal Scientist at ABB. As the Director of Data Science at Trove, Travis led a team in developing advanced analytics for energy utilities, leveraging high-resolution sensor data. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer/Research Scientist at CUBRC, where innovative data fusion applications were developed for defense and intelligence, and as a Senior Software Engineer at RR Donnelley, focusing on software systems for digital printing. Travis holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Niagara University.
