Lisa Walik is an experienced Benefits Manager at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, responsible for designing and administering a comprehensive benefits program. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at Farmers Insurance as a Producer, AMITA Health as System Manager and Director of Leave Management, and Presence Health as System Manager of Leave Management. Additional experience includes serving as Benefit Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., General Manager of Leave Management and Benefit Services at Chicago Transit Authority, and Director of Risk Management and Employee Benefits at Cook County. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
