Hector Zambrano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hector currently works as a Manager CIBMTR Data Analytics at Sarah Cannon since 2022. Prior to this role, Hector worked at Moffitt Cancer Center from 2013 to 2022, where they held multiple positions including Virtual Health Operations Manager, Supervisor BMT CI Clinical Data, Performance Manager Revenue Cycle, Clinic Access Supervisor, and Patient Service Specialist.

Before joining Moffitt Cancer Center, Hector worked at Verizon as an MTS I-Tech Support from 2012 to 2013. Hector also worked as an Independent Networking Consultant on a personal project in 2011, where they designed and troubleshooted small wired and wireless networks.

Hector gained valuable experience as a Service Desk Technician at Dole Food Company from 2011 to 2011, where they provided technical support for applications and connectivity used worldwide. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Consultant from 2009 to 2011, focusing on designing and troubleshooting SOHO wired and wireless networks.

Earlier in their career, Hector worked as an Agent at Geek Squad in 2009 and as an Independent Consultant from 2007 to 2009. Hector also served as an Informatics Director Advisor at Servicio Administrativo de Identificación, Migración y Extranjería (Saime) from 2005 to 2007, where they were responsible for collecting technical necessities and supplying feasible solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an intern at OASYS NETWORK in 2004, where they developed a manual of procedures for LINUX routing and assisted with lab design and preparation.

Throughout their career, Hector has gained experience in data analytics, operations management, clinical data management, performance improvement, customer service, technical support, network design, and troubleshooting.

Hector Zambrano attended Universidad de los Andes (VE) from 1997 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Systems Engineering with a specialization in Operations Research.
